1. Can this program be delivered onsite or virtually for our organization/community?
Yes - the Freedom Method™️ Training can be facilitated in-person or virtually, depending on your budget, group size, and preferred learning experience. Both formats offer interactive, hands-on training and can be tailored to your team’s needs.
2. What is the ideal cohort size? Can we include multiple teams or departments?
To preserve the integrity and depth of the experience, we recommend cohorts of up to 20 participants. This allows for meaningful interaction, reflection, and practice. Larger organizations or communities are welcome to book multiple cohorts or department-specific sessions to ensure everyone receives a high-quality learning environment.
3. How is the program adapted to honour our Nation’s cultural protocols or corporate context?
Every delivery of the Freedom Method™️ is customized in collaboration with you. We’ll hold a pre-training onboarding session to understand your Nation’s cultural protocols or your organization’s internal values and practices. Together, we’ll ensure the program respects, reflects, and aligns with your unique context and community.
4. What ongoing support or follow-up is included to ensure skills are applied effectively?
Each delivery of the Freedom Method™️ includes structured post-training support to ensure lasting integration and measurable impact.
