Empower Your People. Strengthen Your Team.
Build Sustainable Futures.
The Freedom Method™ Team Training is a science-backed, trauma-informed, Indigenous-led training designed for Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders, teams, and First Nation community members working within shared systems, responsibilities, and relationships.
It strengthens emotional regulation, communication, leadership, and internal capacity - supporting individuals and teams to lead, collaborate, and make decisions in right relationship, even under pressure, complexity, or systemic strain.
This training is a strong fit for you if:
☆ You are a First Nation, organization, or community program seeking to strengthen leadership, wellbeing, and decision-making across shared systems and responsibilities - not just at the individual level.
☆ You support Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders, staff, or community members working together and recognize that sustainable success requires internal capacity, relational integrity, and trauma-informed leadership, not just policy or strategy.
☆ You see how ongoing stress, generational trauma, and systemic pressure impact confidence, communication, employee retention, and leadership readiness - especially for those in community-facing or frontline roles.
☆ You are committed to approaches that honour Indigenous leadership and self-determination while also equipping non-Indigenous leaders and teams with the skills required to engage responsibly, respectfully, and in right relationship.
☆ You want practical tools that support people to navigate challenges, hold responsibility, and lead change without burnout or stress-related issues, performative inclusion, or unintended harm.

Science shows that nervous systems regulate in relationship. When one person in a group is grounded and regulated, others naturally begin to attune - a process known as co-regulation.
Now imagine the impact of building this capacity across an entire team, workplace, or community.
What is The Freedom Method™️ Team Training Program?
The Freedom Method™ Team Training is a science-backed, trauma-informed, Indigenous-led framework that strengthens the internal capacity required for sustainable leadership, collaboration, and wellbeing across organizations, Nations, and community programs.
Rather than focusing solely on policies, skill-building, or one-off workshops, this training works at the somatic, subconscious, and energetic level - supporting individuals within teams to carry responsibility, navigate complexity, and lead in right relationship with greater ease.
Through this training, participants develop the capacity to:
-
Regulate stress and emotion under pressure
-
Communicate clearly and confidently in complex or high-stakes situations
-
Hold leadership and responsibility without burnout or self-abandonment
-
Contribute to safer, more accountable, and more sustainable systems
What Makes This Training Different
Most leadership and capacity-building initiatives focus on external change - strategy, policy, or behaviour - without addressing whether people have the internal resources to sustain that change.
The Freedom Method™ addresses that gap.
This work strengthens the internal foundations that make leadership, wellbeing, and connection possible - especially in environments shaped by chronic stress, trauma, and systemic pressure.
The Long-Term Impact
Organizations and communities who engage in this work are better equipped to:
🕊️ Support Indigenous leadership by building self-determination from within
🕊️ Reduce burnout & other stress-related issues and increase retention
🕊️ Lead confidently with greater sense of self, agency & belonging
🕊️ Strengthen communication, trust, and connection
🕊️ Build cultures that are trauma-aware, relational, and sustainable
The Freedom Method™ Team Training is a practical, embodied framework designed to support long-term capacity, leadership, and collective wellbeing.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can this program be delivered onsite or virtually for our organization/community?
Yes - the Freedom Method™️ Training can be facilitated in-person or virtually, depending on your budget, group size, and preferred learning experience. Both formats offer interactive, hands-on training and can be tailored to your team’s needs.
2. What is the ideal cohort size? Can we include multiple teams or departments?
To preserve the integrity and depth of the experience, we recommend cohorts of up to 20 participants. This allows for meaningful interaction, reflection, and practice. Larger organizations or communities are welcome to book multiple cohorts, department-specific sessions or phased rollouts to ensure everyone receives a high-quality learning environment.
3. How is the program adapted to honour our Nation’s cultural protocols or corporate context?
Every delivery of the Freedom Method™️ can be customized in collaboration with you. Prior to training, we hold an onboarding and scoping session to understand your Nation’s cultural protocols or your organization’s internal values, priorities, and context.
The training is then aligned to ensure it is respectful, relevant, and appropriate for your community or workplace.
4. What ongoing support or follow-up is included to ensure skills are applied effectively?
Each delivery includes optional post-training integration support, which may include:
-
follow-up or debrief sessions
-
implementation support
-
facilitated reflection and Q&A
-
These options support skill application and sustained impact beyond the training itself.
5. How will we measure success and see ROI - for employees, leaders, or community members?
We take a measurable and reflective approach to impact.
Options may include:
-
pre- and post-training assessments
-
participant feedback and reflection surveys
-
summary reports outlining outcomes, insights, and next steps
Measurement tools are tailored to align with your goals and reporting needs.
6. Are there flexible options for different team sizes or community programs?
Yes. We understand that every organization and community operates differently.
Once a proposal is requested, we’ll meet for an exploratory conversation to determine the most appropriate structure — whether that’s:
-
a single cohort
-
a multi-team or departmental rollout
-
or a community-based adaptation
